Reminder! Traditionalism and Eastern Orthodoxy: Deadline approaching

The deadline for proposals for the forthcoming workshop and book on The Reception of Traditionalism in Eastern Orthodoxy: Mysticism and Politics (see Call here) is midnight CET on February 15.

  2. 2028. We will finish the book in 2027, so publication should be the following year.

  3. The Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR) is reportedly considering whether Fr Seraphim Rose merits canonization. Prior to his conversion to Orthodox Christianity, Rose was intrigued by the work of Rene Guenon. Some surmise that Guenon's influence carried over to Rose's later interpretation of Orthodoxy.
